How do I start the Gold Concierge process?
Complete the Gold intake with your budget and must-haves, then sign up and pay at secure checkout — no consultation required first. Your independent consultant then contacts you to confirm your criteria and service availability.
How do you find the right car for me?
Your consultant searches available vehicle listings against your approved criteria and discusses suitable options with you.
Do you negotiate and handle financing?
Gold includes negotiation support and guidance on financing or cash purchases, trade-in value, rates and fees.
How does delivery work?
Gold includes home delivery coordination. Delivery arrangements and service availability are confirmed during consultation.
What do I need to provide?
Share your preferred vehicle, budget, contact details and any trade-in information. Your consultant will discuss the paperwork and delivery arrangements needed for your purchase.
