How do I start the Gold Concierge process?
One phone call is all it takes. Tell us what you're looking for, your budget, and any must-haves — your dedicated consultant takes it from there.
How do you find the right car for me?
We search dealer inventories, wholesale networks, and off-market sources nationwide to locate vehicles that match your exact specs, budget, and timeline.
Do you negotiate and handle financing?
Yes. We negotiate the price, trade-in value, rates, and fees on your behalf. We also help structure financing or cash deals so you get the best overall outcome.
How does delivery work?
Once the deal is finalized, we coordinate insured transport and deliver the vehicle straight to your home. You skip the dealership entirely.
What do I need to provide?
Your driver's license, proof of insurance, preferred budget or monthly payment, and any trade-in details. We handle the rest — including paperwork and signing at home.
Is the $1,999.99 fee refundable?
The concierge fee is collected when you approve the search. If we cannot locate a vehicle that meets your approved criteria, we'll discuss next steps or a refund on a case-by-case basis.
