Information you provide
Account forms collect your name, email, password, phone, ZIP code and vehicle of interest. Google sign-in uses your Google account identity through Lovable authentication. Contact forms collect contact details and your message. Gold intake collects contact details, vehicle preferences, budget, timeline, trade-in information and notes.
Accounts, service and payment records
Lovable Cloud provides authentication and stores account profiles, intakes, purchase status and Terms acceptance records. Stripe processes payment and billing details. AutoPriceNow stores Stripe customer, checkout and payment identifiers, plan, amount, currency, payment status and customer email; checkout also passes account identifiers and Gold intake details to Stripe. The Gold intake summary is kept in browser session storage for checkout. Authentication uses browser session storage mechanisms to maintain sign-in.
Service messages and providers
Contact and purchase notifications use Lovable’s email service. Purchase messages are queued with recipient, template data and delivery status. These services process information for authentication, payments, service coordination and communications. Seller outreach and sharing for your vehicle transaction require the separate recorded authorization described in the Terms; accepting the Terms is not unrestricted permission to share information or consent to marketing calls or texts.
Sensitive information and questions
